Getting custom hats made should be simple. At CTC Customs, you choose the hat, choose how you want your design applied, send us your artwork, and we take care of the rest.

Whether you are ordering hats for your business, a team, an event, or simply want your own design on a quality hat, our process is straightforward from start to finish.

1. Choose Your Hat

Start by browsing our collection and choose the hat style that works best for you.

We offer several styles including A Frame snapbacks, mesh back trucker hats, and 6 Panel Pro snapbacks. Different styles are available with embroidery or heat transfer depending on the product.

2. Choose Your Finish

Next, decide how you want your design applied to the hat.

Embroidery

Your design is stitched directly into the hat using thread. Embroidery is a great choice for clean logos, simple graphics, and designs with solid colors. It gives your hat a classic, professional look and is made to hold up through regular use and washing.

Heat Transfer

Your artwork is printed and professionally pressed onto the hat. Heat transfer is ideal for detailed artwork, gradients, photographs, and designs with multiple colors that would be difficult to reproduce with embroidery.

3. Send Us Your Artwork

Upload your logo or design when placing your order. For the best results, make sure your artwork is clear and high quality.

If you are not sure whether your design is suitable for embroidery or heat transfer, send it to us and we can help you determine which option makes the most sense.

4. We Make Your Hats

Once your order and artwork are confirmed, we prepare your hats using the finish you selected.

We pay close attention to placement, sizing, color, and overall quality so your finished hats look the way you intended.

5. Your Hats Are Shipped

After your order is completed, your hats are prepared for shipment and sent to the address provided during checkout.
